QA/QC Introduction

Quality Control Department is responsible for raw materials and inventory inspection, as well as control implementation.

Technical Support Department is responsible for machine upgrade and maintenance, parameter collection, analyzing and adjustment.

With more than 99 QC staff, we can further ensure superior quality and great performance.

Materials/Components:
We test all incoming materials to ensure 100% compliance with our specifications. Substandard materials will never be accepted.

Procedures/Testing Details:
In-line control: quality control is adopted at each phase of production. Empty cartridges are processed and cleaned; ink and powder are accurately filled; in-line printing tests are carried out for each cartridge; vacuum tests simulate air shipping. Additionally, all machines used for production are regularly calibrated to maintain accuracy.

Inventory Control:
Inventory control includes periodic random testing of finished products. Randomly-picked products are reopened and tested 24 hours after production. Another random inspection is conducted before delivery.
